Petites Pains au Chocolat

I was a strange little girl.  While other girls my age obsessed over New Kids On The Block, I was very much in love with Billy Joel.  I cursed Christie Brinkley and the age difference that made our romance impossible.  (Yeah I get it, now I'm too old for him.)  And while other kids my age loved donuts, my treat of choice was a chocolate croissant.  I wasn't just a french-pastry-piano-loving snob, though, I also had imaginary friends.  Anyway, when I saw this blog make tiny Pains au Chocolat (which means "chocolate croissant" in Snob) in the easiest way possible, I knew I had to try.

I mean it, nothing is easier than this.  Just make sure you don't go overboard on the chocolate or it will ooze everywhere in the oven.  Go to HERE for the recipe.

*I ended up cutting these pieces smaller after Carson took one look and said, those will explode.
