Are you ever afraid that what you're eating is too healthy?
Of course you're not, you're a normal person, unlike me.
Well the other night, as I made a salad for dinner, I thought to myself,
"Gee Siri, you're awfully close to eating a super nutritious dinner. Don't you think you should do something about that??"
I replied, to myself, "CHEESY BREAD."
This was probably the first thing I ever learned to cook in the oven, Home Ec, 8th grade.
You can throw it together in no time with any type of bread and any kind of cheese.
Perfect compliment to those super nutritious dinners.
Take some soft butter and add minced garlic, sea salt and Italian seasoning. Mash it up.
Place bread on baking sheet, spread butter on top and sprinkle with cheese (I did cheddar and parmesan).
Broil for a few minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
